Discovery Call
All services start with a discovery call. This is a free 15 minute call to discuss goals, services and pricing options for packaging the following services.
Holistic Wellbeing Coaching
This service can be delivered in person or virtually through a video call. I will work with you on setting goals, reframing and changing habit loop thinking that is no longer serving your purpose and is potentially damaging. I provide tangible tools to challenge thought patterns, determine what's important to you, create self care and self love, and work your way towards your goal. Together we can approach a journey to alignment of thoughts, beliefs, and actions.

Cost: $100/session
Individual or Group Yoga
This service can be delivered in person or virtually through a video call. I can curate a practice specifically to your needs. I am trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative. I also can work with mobility concerns and create a chair yoga class. I am eager to help you build the flexibility, patience, and mobility that yoga offers us. Let's get on the mat together!

This service is delivered in person (within 30 miles of Kalamazoo MI). I will work with you on setting goals, reframing and changing habit loop thinking that is no longer serving your purpose and is potentially damaging. I provide tangible tools to challenge thought patterns, determine what's important to you, create self care and self love, and work your way towards your goal. Together we can approach a journey to alignment of thoughts, beliefs, and actions. One hour of coaching is provided, followed by 50 minutes of yoga specific to areas of your body that need to release stored energy.

Holistic Wellbeing
Coaching Retreat
This service is delivered in person. I will work with the group (minimum of 6) on setting goals, changing habit loops, creating self care routines, and creating alignment between what they think, feel, and do. The group needs to all be experiencing similar unhelpful patterns. For example, this can be done with a group of women who are all high achieving in their careers and struggling for balance. The retreat would include coaching, practical tool use (journaling, visualization, goal setting, habit trackers) and yoga. The retreat would happen in a location away from each persons home, ideally in a space that is comfortable (not a conference room).
